During our peak times (see below), we do require a 48 hour minimum cancellation in order to avoid a one night stay charge. At the time of making your reservation, our staff will ask you for a credit card number to hold any peak time reservation. For
these special dates, we do have a 2 night minimum stay.

Our peak times for 2010 are as follows:
We will begin taking reservations for Labor Day 2010 on March 5th, 2010

We will begin taking reservations for Thanksgiving 2010 on May 25th, 2010

We will begin taking reservation for Christmas 2010 and New Year on June 25th, 2010

Our peak times for 2011 are as follows:
We will begin taking reservations for Spring Break 2011 on September 21st, 2010

For Labor Day we will be closed on Sunday September 5th, and open from 4-5pm on Monday September 6th for pick up. We will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. We will be open from 8am-11am on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

There is a two night minimum for all Holidays.
